What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Orders that qualify for free shipping promotions will be shipped at no cost to you via ground delivery. We do reserve the option of determining the specific shipping method.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Luxury Watch Inc is proud to accept Credit cards, Paypal, Pay with Amazon, money orders, certified bank checks and wire transfers, as well as other options. For speed and security, we recommend that all orders be placed with a credit card.

How long will delivery take?

Ground shipping may take anywhere from 3-7 business days. Expedited deliveries such as “Next Business Day” and “2nd (second) Business Day” deliveries are also available at an additional cost.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our website and computer infrastructure are protected by state-of-the-art firewalls. All confidential information such as credit card numbers that are stored on our computers are encrypted at all times.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

The order details page in your account can act as an invoice if you need to print a document that shows the items you purchased and the total cost of your order.
